Occupant Mailing List When appropriate, we may suggest saturating an entire neighborhood, Zip Code, or county. But knowing which ones are appropriate can make all the difference. Our databases provide us with the average home values, ages, incomes and household profile at a carrier route level so saturation mailing is not just a guess but a carefully analyzed and planned strategy.



Linear Regression and List Profiling Some of our customers say they aren't sure what their target should be. This isn't necessarily true. Over time, many of our clients have collected the names and addresses of previously satisfied customers. We can take if from there.

With our sophisticated analysis software and capabilities, we can take this existing information and derive exactly what the profile of your existing customer base is. From age, income, number of children, education, occupation, home value, marital status, and an almost unlimited set of other characteristics. We can then compare this to the distribution of these same characteristics in the specific geographic market you wish to market to. But we don't stop there.

We then take this information and look for unique combinations of characteristics for high frequency as compared to the larger market.......in layman terms.....we figure out what makes your customer different! From this information we can rank all the potential customers within a geographic area based on how closely they match your existing customer base.
